If you have funds in your OnLine Gift Card Account, you can use those funds to
purchase items in our store. On the Checkout Confirmation page, an extra box will
appear if you have OnLine Gift Card funds that you can use. (This is usually the second checkout page
unless you are checking out an Event only in which case it will be the first and only checkout page).
The Gift Card and Discount Box will have a tick box in it that will allow you to select that you want to
use your Gift Card Account balance to pay or part pay for the items in your Shopping Cart. The box will
also show you what your current OnLine Gift Card Account balance is.
Ticking this box and clicking "Recalculate Total" will apply funds from your OnLine Gift Card Account
to the Shopping Cart total and the total will be updated accordingly. You will also see a new line item
confirming the sum used from your OnLine Gift Card Account. Note that your OnLine Gift Card Account
balance will not be updated until your order has been cleared and processed. Confirmation of this will
be your receipt of the Order Confirmation email. If you then check your account you will see that your
balance has been updated.
Please note, you will be taken to the PayPal Merchant Service to complete your order if there
is not enough in your OnLine Gift Card Account to cover the cost of your purchase.
If you have more funds in your OnLine Gift Card Account than the total cost of
your purchases, the balance will be available in you OnLine Gift Card Account for your future use.
If your OnLine Gift Card Account balance is sufficient to pay for your entire order, you will not be taken
to the PayPal Merchant Service payment page when you confirm your order.
